- Claims for exchanges or store credit must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please thoroughly review the product images and descriptions before placing your order. Note that slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting in the product photos.

For Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items:
- Report the issue immediately upon delivery to +91 9591270520.
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
- Providing an unboxing video will help us resolve the matter quickly and effectively.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the product to inform you if your refund has been accepted. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
